We’re pleased to announce that the Stealth Sketch Battle is now officially open for all AIT students. Read on to find out how you can enter and what prizes you can win.

What is the Stealth Sketch Battle?

Through the Stealth Sketch Battle we want to make our campuses in Sydney and Melbourne more interactive. We’re proud of the incredible work that our students produce (both for class and for fun) and we want to see you make your campus your own. 

All you have to do is choose a spot on campus and design a character you think should hang out there. If you’re a winner, we will put your character on a decal sticker to live there permanently.

What Prizes Can I Win?

There will be prizes available for one winner in Melbourne, and one in Sydney. There will also be generous prizes for the runners up in the competition on both campuses. The prizes will be awarded as Prezzee vouchers, so that recipients can use it to spend on just about anything. The total prize pool comes to $1,000 and you can find more info on our competition page. 

How Do I Enter the Competition?

First, decide where you want your character to live on campus. Maybe the location will inspire your creation, or maybe you already have a character in mind and you just want to put it somewhere you will see it every day. 

Take a photo (or multiple photos to better show the location) and get to work on your entry. You can develop one of your existing projects or start something new, as long as it is your own original creation. We love fan art normally, but not for this competition. In other words, please don’t make us deal with copyright issues. 

Think about how you will present your entry. Either work your magic to place your finished character in its intended location, or send in a clear image of your character design, along with a photo clearly showing the campus location you have in mind. 

All entries will be via Instagram, so you will be restricted to Instagram’s post formatting for the initial entry. If your entry is shortlisted, then we’ll want to see a high quality version of your character, so make sure you have a version that’s ready for printing!  

Entries close 5pm, 7th June 2024.

Winners will be notified and announced via AIT’s social media channels on 14th June 2024.
